We will update your existing employee handbook, including core federal, state, and local policy changes based on your company’s size and locations. We’ll also upload the updated handbook to your dashboard, where you can access powerful tools like handbook editing, employee signature capture, live sharing, and translation. You also get ongoing updates to policies in your dashboard.

If you want to create a new handbook, we recommend starting here. If you already have a handbook, you can upload it. We’ll review and update it with core federal, state, and local policies based on your company size and the locations where you have employees.

We update core federal, state, and city-level policies related to employment law and compliance, including topics like paid leave, anti-discrimination, FMLA, and more. We add a multi-state appendix at the end of the handbook and an updated table of contents with links to each section.

The initial review and update typically takes two business days. We’ll provide you with a redlined version showing all changes. Once finalized, the updated handbook will appear in your dashboard.

You’ll continue to receive policy updates and access to all platform features for $179/year. You can cancel at any time. If canceled, you keep your handbook but lose update access and features like signature capture or live sharing.

This service focuses on updating missing or outdated core policies. We don’t write custom content or provide ongoing HR consulting. If you need custom policies, we can refer you to an HR specialist.

Yes. Your dashboard supports team collaboration, allowing multiple users to view or edit the handbook.

We accept .doc, .docx, and .pdf files. If your handbook is in another format, contact us — we’ll help convert it.
